Event Management

The Event Management Package includes the following services

  • 2-3 meetings – one of which is a venue walk through to go over wedding details.
  • Complete wedding management and day-of execution for up to 10hrs.
  • Unlimited contact via email / phone / video chat from the time of contract and first payment.
  • Vendor management – we will contact all wedding vendors and confirm their arrival times and services booked three weeks before the wedding day.
  • Schedule will be created and sent out to vendors two weeks before the wedding.
  • Be point of contact the day of your wedding
  • Set-up of all wedding decor
  • Professional Day of Wedding Coordinator onsite for up to 12 hours of wedding day management ~ every wedding includes (1)  wedding coordinator.

    Please note that a second Coordinator is required for weddings that require exceptionally more set up. Additional fees will apply.

  • Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors
  • Retain the marriage license for officiant.
  • Retrieve wedding gifts and cards and personally hand the cards to designated person at the end of the night.
  • Arrange for ALL your personal items are packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.

 

*  These terms do not apply to events booked for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
*  For liability reasons, our Coordinators cannot serve food or drinks to guests, bus tables, hang anything decorations that require a ladder or move anything that is heavy enough to require machinery.
